We operate above and beyond our fee structure in providing clients and candidates with consultancy of all description.
Typically we will advise a candidate on the career path we feel most appropriate to their future and experience. We cannot stress enough the need to have an updated CV on file to take advantage of opportunities most of which are not advertised. Headhunting can only be successful if you are known to be considering a move. We do not poach candidates from clients.
Clients can expect advice on all aspects of their business and we pride ourselves on informed discussions of both business and personnel issues. Assignments do not end with a successful placement.
