Peter Bunn   Peter Bunn (senior partner)
Peter Bunn started MMi which joined with Meridian in 1994. His career spans a lifetime in direct sales. He commenced his career with Tupperware and since that time has been Managing Director of major companies in the UK and USA. At one stage he ran his own business. Peters integrity and charisma built the business internationally and he is well respected throughout the world of Direct selling and has been recognised with a lifetime achievement award by the DSA UK Peter now serves as senior partner and consultant to MMi.
 
 
Ian Morgan   Ian Morgan (partner)
Ian Morgan joined MMi in 2003 after 28 years in the direct sales industry. He has held positions as Managing Director of Companies in Japan, Italy/France, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UK with Multinational companies. He also held operational responsibility for a 3 year period for the European expansion of a blue chip company.
His experience encompasses start-ups, turnarounds and restructuring of major companies.
Ian now manages the London / European office of MMi and liaises with the MMi network of consultants across the globe.
 
 
Karlheinz Ossig   Karlheinz Ossig (Germany)
Karlheinz Ossig was educated at the Cologne University and Studied Political economics and Business administration. His career in direct sales involved three senior executive positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with International companies. He established the first Executive Search and Consulting company in Germany, Meridian Deutschland in 1989 which has been successfully serving European and American clients. He is an active member of International committees with the American DSA.
 
 
Philippe Dailey   Philippe Dailey (France)
Philippe Dailey is currently Honorary President of the French Direct Selling Association (French DSA). Educated at the University of Paris where he studied Law, and the Central School of Arts and Manufacturers (engineering) he developed extensive experience in direct selling. He has held positions as delegate of the direct selling industry to the International Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Executive Committee of the Federation of European Direct Selling Association (FEDSA), Member of the Council and Board of Directors of the French Association of Professional and Vocational Training (AFPA) and Chairman of the Associations Service Committee of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).
 
 
Paolo Giuliani   Paolo Giuliani (Italy)
Paolo is Italian, he is fluent in Spanish and English and holds a Master degree in International Business from the CUOA Business University in Italy. He entered the world of direct selling in 1992 as the Sales and Marketing Director of Amway Italy. In addition to managing Italy he also participated in the opening of other subsidiaries in southern Europe - in Slovenia, Greece and Turkey.
In 1996 he joined Stanhome (Stanley Home Products), as Group VP International Market Development . Following the acquisition of the Stanhome business by the Yves Rocher Group of France, he was promoted to the position Regional Director for Southern Europe, including CEO responsibility for Spain and Italy. In 2006 he established a consultancy to share his experience about direct selling and Europe with companies who want to succeed in Southern Europe.
 
 
Laurie Mulham  

Laurie Mulham (Global Direct)
Laurie entered the Direct Selling industry in 1970 when he was appointed Vice President, AMWAY CORPORATION to plan and Manage AMWAY's International Expansion , "pioneering" International [Distributor] Sponsoring. Between 1970 and 1986 he personally planned and managed new market development in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Thailand, Korea and China.
In 1987 Laurie elected to utilise his extensive corporate experiences and founded GLOBAL DIRECT CONSULTING SERVICES to become the preeminent services provider in New Market Planning and Development to DSA members worldwide.
Laurie and his associates offer clients 37 years of accumulated wisdom from global executive/corporate and consulting experiences in this industry's international growth with his credo of "a dedication to objectively assessing client's capabilities,resources and options and providing prudent advice".

Ian Morgan   Stuart Esplin (Australia)
Stuart Esplin has 25 years direct selling experience, holding positions as Communications Manager for Amway Australia, Global Creative Director with Herbalife International Inc., in Los Angeles, and Senior VP - Marketing & Communications with Luxelle International Europe, Ltd. His experience includes the creation of marketing and training tools for independent distributors, and product launch strategies for both start-up and high-growth multinational companies. He is currently providing consultancy services to the direct selling industry with client companies in Australia, US, UK and India.
